Brides and grooms often have set ideas on what they want for their wedding when suddenly they are presented with a multiplicity of options that interrupt all their inital plans. They contemplate the dress, the suit, the shoes, the place, the menu, the honeymoon… during the initial stages the only thing that’s certain is the person who they intend to marry! The latest edition of Perfect Honeymoon, which was held in Madrid’s Palacio de Cibeles, aimed to help guide the imagination of couples to two very different but equally magical destinations for their honeymoons, introducing them to the hidden treasures of each.
We discovered places that, although we knew existed, we were unaware of just how far these destinations could inspire and ignite the imagination: Seychelles and Safaris in Africa were presented in all thier glory.
Before entering into the incredible world of travel, the invited couples were able to enjoy views from the iconic rooftop bar of the Palacio de Cibeles, overlooking the indescribable Madrid skyline whilst enjoying the complimentary welcome drinks.
The Wild & Adventurous Side of Africa
Africa, a continent with many undiscovered gems which more often than none is associated with the word safari, was a honeymoon option presented by expert travel agency Ratpanat. Luis Carlos explained how the perfect combination of wilderness and tranquility are achieved living within close proximity of the animals in the cosy and intimate setting of the tents and lodges. Equally exciting as it is unique.
Admiring the african wildlife, the landscapes, the hidden tracks, and the unseen beauty is an intense and special experience, making it a perfect option for the inquisitive couple. Visiting Africa and having a comfortable, enjoyable and relaxed honeymoon are perfectly compatible, which was a key message of Ratpanat to the invitees.
Seychelles; paradise in it’s purest state
Located in the indian ocean, surrounded by crystal waters and white sand beaches. A tropical paradise that lives up to its name. Seychelles is one of the most in demand destinations across the world and guarantees a unique story with every visit.
The Seychelles’ Office of Tourism showed us the variety of wildlife and marine life with which the islands are filled; hosting endless walking paths allowing visitors to meet every corner of the island and surrounded by turquoise water perfect for surfing, snorkelling and sailing.
The capital, Victoria – also referred to as Mahé – is the political, cultural y economic heart of the Seychelles islands with the highest population index of all the islands. Closely followed by Praslin, La Digue and Curieuse Island, each with its own unique offer. It was named as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO for its wealth of flora and fauna.
Seychelles is a place with no equal, where a couple can have unique experiences helped by the people who know how tro enjoy life on these islands. Some of these people can be found in the hotel chain Constance Hotels & Resorts, who combine nature with luxurious architecture with idylic views, and who were next to present during the event. “An escape is not an escape unless you return with a renewed body and soul,” this was the proposition that Constance Hotels presented to the couples at this Perfect Hoenymoon event.
Each guest had the opportunity to resolve their doubts thanks to our expert guests, the contributors that made this event possible. Certainly destinations with no expiry date – to come back, repeat and experience all over again and that would create a reality full of emotion and memories that will last a lifetime.
Special thanks to V.I.P. Fiesta and their professional team for providing us with the sound and lighting in this edition of Perfect Honeymoon and to Fábrica de Luz for capturing the essence of the event through photos. As a finishing touch to the meeting, the couples enjoyed catering provided by Palacio de Cibeles, whilst they asked and discussed their curiosities over the different opportunities in each destination.
What better way to enhance a couple’s honeymoon planning journey than to bring the destination to life in an intimate event. Find out more unique ways to present your wedding and honeymoon services or destinations here.
