Looking at the pictures, you would never guess that the wedding took place in the middle of Winter! The lovely couple, Jacqueline and Ross, couldn´t have been more lucky with the weather: blue skies and a day as perfect as any day in Summer, including a gorgeous Californian sunset.
The beautiful couple were engaged when Ross, after fearful of loosing the ring he had in his pocket, got down on one knee on the slopes of Mt. Bachelor and proposed to his beloved on a ski trip. Jacqueline, who had no idea what was happening thought she´d knocked him over – imagine her surprise at learning it was a proposal!
The beautiful day and beautiful images were captured by Voytek and Sage from True Photography.
The couple were married at the intimate and lovely church, Mary Star of the Sea in La Jolla.
Then the wedding party moved over to The Robert Paine Sripps Seaside Forum for the cocktail hour and reception. “Everything from the food from UCSD Catering and drinks by Guiseppe Fine Catering, to the flowers by Bloom Babes, to the music by Diego from Vox DJs was perfect. Our guests had a blast and we danced through the night until the very last song,” says the bride.
The lovely wedding was planned with the help of Diane Christine Events, who helped the couple envision the wedding of their dreams. The gorgeous wedding cake decorated with fresh flowers was created by Cute Cakes.
