It was in a disco that Jadde and Adelino met for the first time. After a little charm, she ended up giving in to Adelino’s advances and, eight years later, the couple tied the knot in a beautiful destination wedding in the bucolic beach of Geribá in Búzios, Rio de Janeiro.
Following Tradition
Adelino knew that Jadde was the woman of his dreams. So he followed the protocol: first he asked the bride’s parents’ permission and after receiving their approval, prepared the surprise proposal for his beloved. He spread cards with pictures and declarations of love, petals and flowers around the house and prepared a delicious Japanese dinner. Blindfolded and to the sound of the couple’s special song, Jadde was surprised by the cutest marriage proposal in the world!
Double Ceremony
The destination chosen for the wedding was the city of Buzios, the couple’s second home. On Friday, a religious ceremony was held at the Church of Sant’ana, and on Saturday the beach ceremony took place on Geribá Beach, in Espelho das Águas, where the party also took place.
Rustic-Contemporary Decoration
Rustic tables, modern objects and accessories, lots of gold, chandeliers and candles all over made up the lovely décor. The palette of colors in shades of pink and orange and vivid colors, helped to create a lively and engaging atmosphere.
The decoration of the space was down to Anderson Barcellos floral services, Cris Ekarte candles and chandeliers, and furniture from Experience Mobilário. In addition to the Japanese buffet, Maria Luiza Buffet took care of the other snacks and the sweets were provided by Louzieh Doces. To keep up with all this, the Top Bartender bar service was responsible for the drinks.
Pearls & Crystals
For Jadde, one of the most special moments of the whole wedding was choosing the dress. According to the bride, the designer Carol Hungary managed to translate all her wishes into the dress of her dreams. With a tulle skirt and feathers and lace, the dress was all embroidered with pearls and crystals. “Having a dress made especially for you is something indescribable,” says Jadde.
All perfect!
Trying suppliers from other cities was a way to make the wedding preparations even more special and the couple took the opportunity to travel and enjoy the last days of singledom. Jadde’s advice for the big day: “We had a ceremonialist, someone responsible for the buffet and someone responsible for the bar at our disposal. That was the reason why we could both comfortably enjoy the wedding!”
