Gino Fabbri signature sugared almonds

In 2022, Confetti Crispo has dedicated an exclusive line of sugared almonds to signature haute patisserie created in collaboration with three Italian Masters who have offered their best recipes to fill the pralines, synonymous with flavour marriages. Gino Fabbri is one of them and defines his pastry as the perfect mix between “affection and effect”. He has created five different flavours of sugared almonds for Confetti Crispo, each of them inspired by the sweets that have made him famous all over the world: Mimosa Cake, Caramel Pudding, Intrigue Cake, English Soup, Black Cherry and Chocolate.

An Intrigue of taste for a signature sugared almond

Torta Intrigo by Gino Fabbri is famous all over the world for its original goodness: a soft caramel heart, a base of coffee sponge cake, a layer of Bavarian coffee cream and a Bavarian chocolate cream covered with toasted almonds. All that put together makes this dessert a veritable ode to the Italian traditional taste. Only thanks to the experience of master pastry chefs Crispo, the same overwhelming taste has been enclosed in the heart of the new Confetti D’Autore line of sugared almonds. A line that also includes flavours such as Caramel Pudding, Zuppa Inglese and all the other legendary cakes.
