Taking place at the urban venue Deity in the heart of Brooklyn, New York, Jennifer and Chris’s wedding was a blend of old and new, traditional and innovative. The two married in a very endearing ceremony amongst their friends and family, and became a hugely emotional day for everyone involved. The joy and happiness of the big day was captured on camera by the creative experts at Chris Bojanovich Photography, who have so generously allowed us to showcase their work here at Zankyou. And we would not want to miss out on the photographs from this contemporary yet immensely romantic wedding day!
Jennifer’s dress was sourced from the internationally-renowned designer Justin Alexander – a delightfully feminine mermaid cut gown with a long trailing train, adorned with lace appliqués and embroidery. No expense was spared in ensuring the bride looked absolutely perfect, with minimal yet elegant jewellery and crystal embellished heels, and Chris looked suitably dashing in his tailored tux and bowtie. The bridesmaids wore matching dark lilac floor length gowns for the ceremony, matching with the color scheme for the big day itself. Every detail was meticulously checked, allowing for this wedding to go off without a hitch.
The Deity venue is renowned within Brooklyn for the inclusivity of its services, which extend to floristry, music (for both the ceremony and the reception), and an in-house wedding planner for the months leading up to the wedding. With a slightly smaller capacity of 100, the Deity venue is perfect for couples like Jennifer and Chris whose ceremony was a little more intimate – and with many loving and tender moments.
After the ceremony, Jennifer and Chris headed outside with their guests for a more exclusive wedding photoshoot with Chris Bojanovich Photography. And this is where both the bride and the groom, and their photographer, really had the chance to shine! In a dazzling set of images, the beauty of Jennifer’s dress, the love between her and Chris, and the grandeur of the surroundings of their wedding are captured.
