We had the pleasure of having Guillaume and his team for the cocktail and dinner of our wedding at the Château d'Hardricourt.

Everything was perfect and the whole team was at our attention throughout the evening, as well as several months before, to prepare the best for D-Day.

The cocktail parts and the meal were excellent! Our guests are still talking about it and asking for more!

Thank you very much Guillaume and your team for making this day sublime and for making our dream come true.

I used their services for my wedding

We chose Guillaume as a caterer for our wedding. Being great gourmands (and gourmets) in our respective families, the quality of the meal was at the center of our expectations. We decided to work with Guillaume Mundt in December 2016 after being received in his workshop for a tasting that did not leave us indifferent.

All products are chosen with particular care, Guillaume pays great attention to the details and provenance of his products. For example, we wanted oysters in the middle of July, and yet this is not the season at all. Guillaume tasted oysters from different suppliers for a month before the wedding to be able to provide us with the best quality and be sure to avoid any unpleasant surprises.

For a year, Guillaume listened to us to refine our choices by always highlighting the importance of a good product. Guillaume was also a great support in the selection of wedding furniture, in the choice of different wines to accompany our dishes and a great diligence and anticipation of all the little technical details that make the difference when this particular day. He coordinated with our tempter and our DJ for a good arrangement of tables and to understand the electrical needs of each to ensure that the evening would not be the scene of a power cut.

The quality of Guillaume's cuisine was greeted by all our guests without exception, whether for the cocktail where the foie gras lollipops were eaten; for dinner, where the cooking of the can and polenta have e ty exquisite; for cheese matured by the master cheese maker and the dessert buffet: it should be noted that Guillaume works with his own pastry which guarantees an undeniable quality of cakes and pieces . Some guests have reported never having eaten such good desserts at a wedding.

I do not even mention the brunch of the next day that was worthy of the brunch of the big luxury hotels - or better (and we are well placed to confirm it because we live in Dubai).

In short everything was perfect from the beginning to the end!

Guillaume's team was, could not be more pleasant, understanding, accommodating and present while the evening was extended by several hours. In case of delay (which always happens on D-Day), the team adapts to the desire of the couple and is extremely flexible.

Guillaume always manages to accommodate your budget and guarantee you the best price-quality.

Once again, our most sincere thanks to Guillaume and his team who made our wedding unforgettable and more than successful. We will choose Guillaume again for all our future receptions.

We called Guillaume to organize our wedding reception, from the cocktail party to the brunch of the next day.
Guillaume was professional throughout the wedding, with several appointments to stall the menu, timing, and details of the reception.
On the day, the timing was perfectly respected. The cocktail was as good as it was beautiful, and our guests were delighted. Many varieties of colorful petits fours, delicious, makis, gougères, pissaladière reworked ... 3 tasting workshops, with a divine Bayonne ham, grilled kebabs minutes we still hear, and foie gras available.
The dinner went very well. The service was not long in coming, and the bride and groom are pampered by the team. The plates are empty in the kitchen, and the must: the dessert buffet. A real show for the eyes!
The next day brunch was devoured by our guests. Fresh salads, taboulé original recipe, fresh prawns, cheeses, and high quality fruit juices.
A big special thanks to all the team who was particularly dedicated and kind throughout the evening, and all night long.
I can only recommend Guillaume and his team if you want a quality service with confidence for the organization of your wedding reception!
