Unfortunately, the lowest rating to be given is 1 star. I would like to share my experience with the buffet in question here. The story started very beautifully with an impeccable tasting that greatly pleased my fiancee and my mother. We had doubts about some other buffets, but the choice factor for Carolina Sá was the presentation, especially some starters and petit goumert. I put the photos there of the main disappointments.
With 30 days to go before our wedding, at the final alignment meeting, she warned us that we would have to rent trays to place the sweets because she is a buffet and doesn't have silverware for the sweets table. In addition to not having announced this on the day we signed the contract, she didn't even want to offer basic silver. In this context, it was a thousand reais more in the cost of the wedding. On the same day, she said that she was charging 40 reais for each supplier. The issue that when we closed with her the phrase was "I don't charge, even Breno Marques, my fiancé, who will tell you at your wedding, I won't leave him without food". We believe in the word given to us and, out of naivety, we do not put this in the contract. My advice is to always put everything in the contract. Our contract was a mixed table of antipasto and Minas Gerais, so that we would not be charged this absurd amount of 40 reais per supplier that was not in the plans, in this case it would cost more than BRL 1,200.00, we made the option of placing only the table from Minas Gerais , not least because the mixed table options would be disproportionate.
On our wedding day, the fruit salad bowl was served in a small cup. The caboré zucchini we were promised turned into a coconut shell. We don't have any formal communication from her talking about the move, we just found out right then and there. In addition, we had several other issues with the buffet and guest service. None of our guests remember being served candy at the wheel by a buffet waiter, and that was the deal. 800 molds were purchased and, along with the decoration, space was rented to place 800 sweets on the table. 1,200 sweets were hired, so we would have 400 more sweets in the kitchen. I believe that, as excellent as the bar was, no guest remembering being served by a waiter with candy is kind of unlikely. And you know what my big surprise was? When going to the kitchen, my mother saw the box with some molds that we had bought and took it home. When she got home, she discovered something curious, of the 800 molds bought and delivered to the buffet, several, I can say that well over a hundred, had not been used. They were still in the bags that were packed.

To close the experience provided by the buffet, I have the last maxim which is "if you have problems with this buffet they will ignore you". We forwarded, from the signed contract, because what counts is the contract, a triggering of the clause that talks about the breach of the contract and the surprise was that the email that appears in the contract does not exist. We forwarded the same email in a new email forwarded by our ceremonial and we still have no answers. We are more than 10 days without answers, and my wedding took place on 23/04/22 and the first contact was on 20/05 and the second on 02/06.

Finally, I leave my comment as a super dissatisfied customer, I only stick to the facts and photos to prove my reports. I do not intend to report untruths or anything similar, just focus on the experience that was provided to me, giving the right to other interested parties to have enough information to make their decisions.
