For starters I want to leave my big DISAPPOINTMENT here with the service. I heard several complaints on my wedding day from my family members. The mistake was already happening before the day when Tati went to confirm the menu with me the week of the wedding and several things were missing, that is, it was different from what I chose in the tasting. I had to send her the menu again. Speaking of the tasting, on the day we went there to try the menu, everything was WONDERFUL, fresh and delicious, all served well, on the wedding day the main course I chose that had a “Filezinho de Pollo Marinado no Vinho com Rosemary”, was out of the sauce that we tasted that day was normal, dry chicken. I agreed with Tati that she would provide a waiter to put the napkin holders, the day the advisor went to talk to her and she said she didn't know anything (I have conversations that we agreed), so I don't even know how that part was on the table. My impression is that before the wedding she did it and it happened, when the week arrived I didn't have any support from her, especially on the day! Several guests complained that they weren't serving the starters right, a table with 8 people they passed and left 5 snacks, if someone asked again something they said they had already served (look how absurd). My ceremony was delayed by 30 minutes, then lunch was delayed by almost 1 hour, I had invited that I had to leave early and almost ran out of food, and her justification was that the ceremony was delayed, but the food was already there ready, it makes no sense being late for almost 1 hour, it was just a matter of warming up.
I PAID FOR 90 PEOPLE, in the contract it said the food would serve up to 99 people, and the number of adult guests on my list was 73 people and 7 children (confirmed by the advisor), they were serving the food so little it looked like it was In the end, that was the feeling. At lunchtime they put tiny portions of rice and other things, all the guests complained to me BECAUSE I MADE A ISSUE TO TALK TO EACH ONE AFTER AND ASK FOR A FEEDBACK.
The other dish I chose was pasta, the pasta was raw and without salt, the sauce looked like it had been mixed with water it was so bad, my fiance tasted it and couldn't eat it, a horrible thing indeed. I took the beers on the day and the Buffet was responsible for taking buckets with ice, so far ok. In the end, when it was time to get the leftovers, they simply gave them 2 bales and said that there was only that left, the advisor himself tried to see the leftovers in the freezer and they were not leaving. When my father-in-law, who saw that almost no one drank beer, went to look there, there were several beers left and they just hid it to take away (this part was the worst for me). On the day of my wedding, I reported some things to Tati via WhatsApp because my mother and sister and father-in-law came to talk about various things that were happening (I asked my mother and sister to keep an eye on the food, because it seems I felt it was going to happen that), she wanted to investigate, she just kept debating with me that what I was talking about wasn't happening, detail she wasn't there. That is, she didn't even have the decency to first understand and then talk to me, her tone was like I was lying, and none of that was happening.
My fiance asked for glue to drink later at party time and there was no more, AMAZED BUT EVEN THE WATER RUINED. How is the water? Well, it's the water. What I keep asking myself is, where did the food I paid for 90 people go???
I DO NOT RECOMMEND, my wedding was beautiful and the buffet was the ugly and bad part and full of complaints from the guests. Tati didn't make herself available to solve anything, she left me talking on WhatsApp. That was my BAD EXPERIENCE AT THE MASTERS BUFET.
I paid 5,600.00 for 90 guests and if they spent 2,000.00 on food there, it was a lot!!!!!
