Our artisanal Pastry with products created by our Pastry Masters offers creative solutions to complete every event with delicious refinement: sumptuous Wedding Cakes, original themed Cakes, tasty sweet buffets.

For our wedding we entrusted ourselves in all respects to Aliante Catering. A fabulous day, above all thanks to Carolina, who took care of everything down to the smallest detail, from the installation in the church (flowers, booklets, bouquets, guide and set-up, kneeling stool and panchetti) to that of the villa up to the restaurant. We had so many special requests and we did not believe they could all be fulfilled in such a beautiful way: we wanted the sea as a theme, for the food the sweet-and-sour .. with the sea they came out of the wonderful table center, each a different sea, a thousand colors, a thousand sands and, icing on the cake, real goldfish! .. and with the sweet and sour delicious dishes, so that even the guests complimented themselves (given the bittersweet theme I would never have believed.. instead ..)! Maybe we let ourselves get carried away, but besides the open bar, given my fixation for tea, we also made the tea corner, there were both cold and hot and assorted tastes, a show, in short. . all this to say that they were extraordinary in realizing our crazy ideas! We felt listened to and supported, they always welcomed our plans distortions as new challenges! Thanks for everything!!!
They succeeded in fulfilling all our wishes and our guests were won over both by the food and the set-ups. The wedding took place at Villa Gerini in Colonnata, the hall where the buffet dinner was held was splendid, the cave with the spouses' table charmed everyone together with the splendid chandeliers and the frescoed hall where the party was held. The cutting of the cake, held outdoors as an aperitif, was very romantic and evocative.
They organized our wedding in every detail, making everything perfect despite the flood that was about to break down on the reception !!! They have promptly moved the tables (already set!) Under the tent, without the slightest inconvenience !!!
Moreover, the risk of setting out in the open had been taken only to satisfy our desire (misplaced optimism!) To eat outside ...
The exquisite food, the impeccable staff and careful attention to detail have made everything perfect making us feel really important!
