The Official Rules for the ZIWO 2012 iPad Giveaway:

DURATION

The contest will run until September 15, 2012.

GRAND PRIZE

The prize is an Apple iPad, worth $500.

DRAWING

The drawing will be held on September 30, 2012.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE?

To be entered in the drawing one must have completed the three steps listed below:

1. Answered the Zankyou International Marriage Survey.
2. “Liked” the official Zankyou Facebook page.
3. Left a comment at Zankyou’s International Marriage Survey & iPad Giveaway! with Facebook username.

The drawing requires a minimum of 50 registered participants.

WINNER

The winner will be notified by email (registered Zankyou users) or through the Facebook profile that “Liked” the official Zankyou Facebook page.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRIZE

Once the notice has been sent to the winner, he/she has a period of 30 days to accept the prize and provide information regarding the delivery.

If the winner does not respond to that notice or claim not to want to accept
the prize, Zankyou will proceed with another drawing among the other participants, with the same manner described above and under the same conditions.

This procedure will be repeated as necessary until the prize is awarded as detailed above. If the prize is not awarded for reasons not attributable to Zankyou, the drawing will be cancelled and no award will be granted, but retained by the company for future competitions and initiatives.

Shipping costs and/or transport of the prize shall be the responsibility of Zankyou.

LIABILITY

Zankyou is not responsible for any loss, damage, theft, delays, or for any circumstances attributable to the Internet or third parties that may affect delivery of the prize and/or the possibility of registration. In no event will Zankyou be liable for services provided by any other entity with which it collaborates. The participants shall note the effective fulfillment of the requirements of the established rules, exempting from any Zankyou responsibilities that occurred following the non-fulfillment of what the basis of detailed the competition.
