Romantic Outdoor Wedding in the Tuscan Countryside

If you didn’t already know, Zankyou couples get married all around the world! Here’s a sweet and simple real wedding in Tuscany, Italy.

It was early September last year when Elena and Uwe, both professional dancers, marked their civil marriage with an outdoor wedding ceremony in the Tuscan countryside near Sienna. Photographer Roberto Lavini said of their wedding day, “Their day was windy in a beautiful way and it was a privilege to photograph it for them.”

The bride pampers and prepares herself for the big day while the already dressed and styled groom checks his watch. When it comes to weddings, there’s always those last-minute preparations.

The guests were greeted with Prosecco and canapes under a big canopy. Paper lanterns were then sent off into the night.  The bride changed out of her ceremony gown before the cut of cake: a white gown for the day and a black gown for the night!
