We’re back with another Wedding Planning Wednesday! Let Zankyou help you plan your wedding with the ultimate checklist! Here are the next 10 steps for a perfectly planned wedding.

If you’re newly engaged and just started planning your wedding or didn’t catch the previous Wedding Planning Wednesdays, here’s what you’ve missed:

4 TO 3 MONTHS BEFORE

61. It’s time to pick out wedding rings! Take an afternoon with your partner to go shopping and choose your rings. Consider a titanium wedding band for the groom.

62. Consider whether you want and engraving for your wedding band and what it will be. Remember that the engraving must be special ordered and could take up to four weeks.

63. Make sure you have all the necessary paperwork for a civil ceremony or church wedding and check it’s validity. These, along with your budget, receipts, contracts, and guest list, should all be kept in your wedding folder to stay organized.

64. If you’re having a destination wedding, check to make sure you have all the necessary paperwork and valid travel documents.

65. Your wedding venue may require you to get wedding insurance. Find out if you need insurance and get this taken care of now.

66. If you want to set up a prenuptial agreement, you should discuss the terms with your partner and make an appointment at the notary.

67. Make an appointment with your officiant or head of church to talk about the schedule of the ceremony, music and readings. Every bride wants things to run smoothly on her wedding day.

68. Alert all attendants, musicians, and vendors of your ceremony schedule so everyone can show up on time.

69. Contact out of town guests and notify them of accommodations, group discounts and other travel information. Remember to include all this information on your wedding website.
