It’s been trending for a few days now (#OxfamWeddingAuction) and our friend Annabel at Love My Dress (who runs one of the world’s 99 most inspirational wedding sites according to Zk voters!) has been working hard to spread the word – get ready Zankyouers, it’s time for the Oxfam Wedding Auction on Ebay!

To celebrate the anniversary of the Royal Wedding, Oxfam is holding a unique online auction, offering you the chance to bid on exclusive items for your big day. In an unprecedented list of suppliers, brought together by Annabel and Oxfam, brides-to-be can bid on Ebay for a range of amazing opportunities, from a wedding dress designed by Jenny Packham to a consultation with designer Ian Stuart to shoes from Aruna Seth to a wedding cake from Cake Maison…and this is just the beginning.

Annabel said, “I am so proud of all the fantastic suppliers that have donated such gorgeous items to the auction. Whether you want to bid on a sparkly vintage headpiece or a romantic honeymoon, there really is something for everyone and your money is guaranteed to make a difference to people’s lives beyond your big day.”

Visit to see the full range of items on offer. The auction has been on since last Sunday the 29th April and ends next Wednesday 9th May. So we recommend you get there fast!

All the proceeds will go to Oxfam Unwrapped’s emergency work in poor countries around the world. So winning an item doesn’t just mean getting an extra special something for your perfect day, you’ll also be giving people the support they need to re-build their lives.
