Rivini Fall 2011 Bridal Collection
This season, Rivini has something for everyone. Strapless, short, lace, tulle; pops of black and touches of beige – the Rivini Fall 2011 Collection is sure to have at least one wedding dress that catches your eye. (Several have caught ours!)
Black accents are a classic, striking choice in bridal. A black sash or bow can do wonders for your waist.
Short wedding dresses make an appearance in this collection. The Dafni (above right) would make a darling reception dress, with its dreamy skirt and simple, fitted bodice.
In addition to full skirts and romantic lace, Rivini also includes a one-shoulder wedding dress in the mix.
Feathers continue to adorn wedding dresses in the 2011 collections. When used minimally, they can make for a frothy, fabulous-looking skirt, as seen above on the Lorenza.
So let’s review – we’ve got mermaid skirts and ballgowns, layers of organza and a bit of black… which are your favorites? I like simple silhouettes and soft fabrics, so some of my favorites are the Delphina and the Karolina. Though the Azalia and the Daphni are close runners up… Hmm, maybe I need to take a look through this diverse collection again.
Another takeaway from this collection is the bold necklaces, both adorned with rhinestone and crafted from fabric, that the models pair with their strapless gowns. A simple dress can look couture with the right accessories.
