Link Love: Wedding Cake Wrecks
Unless you’ve been living under an internet-less rock, you’ve probably heard of the always-hilarious Cake Wrecks. The site recently featured some wedding cakes gone awry, and we found that we couldn’t pull ourselves away from the whole horrible and hilarious Wedding Cake archive…
If by chance you are unfamiliar, Cake Wrecks Founder Jen Yates explains:
“A Cake Wreck is any cake that is unintentionally sad, silly, creepy, inappropriate – you name it. A Wreck is not necessarily a poorly-made cake; it’s simply one I find funny, for any of a number of reasons. Anyone who has ever smeared frosting on a baked good has made a Wreck at one time or another, so I’m not here to vilify decorators: Cake Wrecks is just about finding the funny in unexpected, sugar-filled places.”

Don’t worry – Ms. Yates also features beautiful, inspiring cakes too. But really, are they as much fun as this?
