Kim Kardashian said that she wanted her wedding to rival that of William and Katherine’s royal wedding back in April. She labeled her event “The Royal wedding part II.” Ms. Kardashian isn’t the first nor will she be the last bride to be completely inspired by royal weddings.

Let’s start with the engagement ring that Kris Humphries gave Kim for a whopping 2 million dollars from famed jeweler, Lorraine Schwartz.

Kim who just turned 30 years old is a mere 4 years older than Kris who is just 26. Love knows no age and cougars are a big trend in Hollywood at the moment. We all know that Kim always likes to be in fashion.

Kim was a typical bride and was looking for ways to exercise before her wedding day. With the help of one of the many products like Quick trim that Kim endorses, she was on a mission to fit into her dream wedding dress.

Kim’s bachelorette party was organized by sister Khloe Kardashian who promised her big sister a night to remember. Kim’s friends and family all flew to Las Vegas and we know what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas.

The wedding invitation was simple and classic. It was designed with interlocking K’s which stood for both the bride and groom’s initials. The 500 plus invitations were delivered in a  box that were decorated with hundreds of black amethyst crystals.

Kim and Kris caused quite a stir with their outrageous gift wedding registry. Items such as an $8,000 Baccarat crystal vase, a $900 ashtray and a $1,700 teapot were just among the many items that the couples friends and family can choose for the newlyweds.

Video clips of the couple’s nuptials appeared on E! Entertainment television the day after the wedding. E! is the home channel to the Kardashian family reality TV show, Keeping Up with the Kardashians.

The bride chose wedding dress designer extraordinaire Vera Wang to design three wedding dresses. Kim’s main dress was a strapless ivory tulle gown with lace embroidery. The other 2 dresses were simple white gowns for the reception and after parties. The bride chose to wear her hair tied back so she can show off the diamond encrusted head jewelry as her wedding accessory.

The wedding cake was made by Hansen’s Cakes of Los Angeles that cost approximately between $15,000-$20,000. Staying true to the theme, the cake was in black and white made with vanilla and chocolate frosting.

15 million dollars? Are you kidding me? I can’t believe this woman who is famous for nothing is getting all that money. America puts these kinds of people on pedestals. This is what is wrong with us.
