Hot color combo: Yellow and gray
If you read any design blogs, or if you’ve set foot in a decor store in the last year or so, you know that the combination of yellow and gray could not be hotter right now. We’ve spotted this color pairing at weddings too, and we can’t get enough.
First, take a look at this inspiration board from chock-full-of-eye-candy blog The Perfect Palette:

This color combination is seasonless – it would be just as appropriate and pretty in spring as it would in fall. A bright, citrusy yellow could brighten up a winter wedding, and a buttery yellow paired with charcoal gray would be gorgeous in summer.
It’s also a pairing of two colors that are generally regarded as gender-neutral, so you can play up whatever feminine or masculine details you like.

Gray is a practical and elegant choice for bridesmaids dresses – something they could without a doubt wear again. See more photos from the weddings pictured by clicking here and here.

The opportunities for accessories and decorations are endless.
