With helium-filled balloons you can get a myriad of different shapes and designs, but they do tend to be shiny, so you have to take that look into account in terms of your decoration and colors.

In terms of color, the world is your oyster. White or ivory glossy globes can be a great staple for your decoration, blended with other shades that fit in with your color scheme and the reception venue.
