Although the silhouettes are slimming, there’s a heavily influence on avant-garde shapes, similar to the Reem Acra Fall 2012 Bridal Collection, including netted veils which seemed to take on a purposefully new mold for each model.

We’ve noticed a slight shift away from the traditional white wedding dress in many designers’ collections. Though their collection is mostly milky, Badgley Mischka has taken a step beyond ivory. Like Vera Wang, BM has embraced the nude wedding dress for Fall 2012. While keeping the palette neutral, they are providing a fresh new take on colored wedding dresses.
