What are some essential shots for your wedding photos that you will ask of your wedding photographer?

I want to make sure I have really gorgeous and beautiful wedding photos. What are some essential shots that I cannot miss and should send to my wedding photographer?

I don't know why, but they always take pictures of your shoes. Like not on your feet but propped up somewhere.
