Partnering with a private oyster farmer and marine biologist to ensure the highest quality oyster, always harvested the morning of their events; the oysters are never out of the water more than 12 hours before they hit your plate.

Established in 2014 Husband and Wife, Tyler Fitts and Leilani Martin, have been working in the oyster industry together for over 12 years. Operating in both the farming and service side of oysters. They create a special 'Bay to Table' experience at every event.
